This approach allows us to focus on delivering high-quality holistic services tailored to your unique needs.
HSA/FSA DOLLARS
At Noble Naturopathics, we are pleased to inform clients that our services can be covered by Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). However, to utilize these benefits, a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from a licensed healthcare provider is required. This letter should outline how our coaching services specifically address a diagnosed medical condition, such as chronic stress, anxiety, or weight management, rather than general wellness.
HOW TO GET COVERAGE:
Consult Your PC Doctor: Discuss your health goals with a licensed provider and how our coaching aligns with your treatment plan for a diagnosed condition (e.g., high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, mental health).
Obtain a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN): Your doctor must provide a signed LMN detailing your specific medical condition and how our services will assist in managing or treating it.
Check with Your Plan: Contact your HSA/FSA administrator to confirm eligibility and requirements for coverage before making any payments.
Submit for Reimbursement: After paying for the coaching, submit the LMN and receipt to your plan administrator for tax-free reimbursement.
EXAMPLES OF ELIGIBLE COACHING:
Nutrition coaching for weight management related to diabetes.
Coaching for stress or anxiety management as part of a mental health plan.
ADHD coaching prescribed as part of a treatment plan.
